UPDATE ON GLO BIS ON ANDROID

The GLO BIS tweak has been touted as the breakthrough Android users have been waiting for due to the milking they've suffered from network providers in order to browse the internet. GLO has taken steps to block the use of BIS on android phones. The past few days, reports have been streaming in on subscribers who tried to subscribe but received a not allowed/ invalid message and had their money deducted. Most people make the mistakes of calling Customer care and have their bubbles busted but remember this is a tweak not sanctioned by the network, so if you call customer care and you are not wise enough to tell them you have a blackberry (not android) OYO is your case.

The solution to this problem is, don't EVER subscribe on your android. Get a blackberry, make your suscription and preferrably browse for a few minutes before inserting to your android device. Be careful and always be smart.
